Gun Disarms for Personal Defense and Law Enforcement

Saturday December 11th & 18th, 2010 from 1-5pm This 2-day covers of a variety of handgun disarms and defenses from various ranges. Previous experience may be helpful, but not required. All content will begin with basics and move to advanced concepts, concluding with fine-tuning through force-on-force drills. At the end of this day-long course you will have knowledge of: - Defenses against handguns from a variety of ranges including kneeling, third party and hostage situations - Techniques and strategies for single and multiple opponents - Successfully avoiding the line of fire - Effective positioning and quick, efficient movements Class sizes are small, so you benefit from individual attention from an experienced instructor.
