GÜD Essence - Freedom to Exhale: A Juneteenth Somatic Stretch & Sound Experience
The Tampa community is invited to step into an evening of softness, restoration, and intentional healing to honor Juneteenth through movement, sound, and community care. Led by Yogi Liv, Freedom to Exhale is an intimate somatic stretch experience designed to help guests release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect back to the body in a safe, elevated space.
Through gentle somatic movement, Reiki energy healing, immersive sound therapy, and grounding breathwork, attendees will be guided into a deeper state of ease, presence, and emotional release. This experience centers rest as a form of liberation and invites the community to slow down, soften, and simply breathe.
