“Groove and Gratitude” Disco-themed Yoga and Gratitude Journaling
North Park’s The Original 40 Brewing Company has partnered with Symbols From The Sun to host Groove and Gratitude, a disco-themed yoga and gratitude journaling exercise session on Sunday, March 26 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. The morning includes a 15-minute vinyasa flow warm-up, 30 minutes of sculpt, 15-minute vinyasa flow cooldown and savasana, and an exercise in gratitude journaling and community reflection. The session is being held by Cassandra Aronow, who is Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certified and Reiki Master certified. Tickets are $28 (plus fee) and can be purchased here. The price includes one pint of Original 40 craft beer. Guests are encouraged to wear groovy disco-themed attire, and the class will feature a mixture of 60s and 70s music.
