Grit & Glow at Gritbox
It's glowing down on Saturday, June 8, at Gritbox! Join us for a badass glow HIIT workout at 8:15, 9:15, or 10:15 a.m.
You bring the energy and we'll bring the glow paint. Plan on arriving 30 minutes before class to get your paint on.
Saturday's programming is ASS & ABS day so get ready to go through 8 rounds alternating between killer core movements, ass-kicking weighted exercises and high-intensity kickboxing in these classes.
