GriefShare: Grief Support Group
GriefShare is a weekly support group for those experiencing the emotional pain of losing a loved one, and is designed to help participants navigate their grief journey in a healthy way. Participants will receive weekly encouragement and support during 13 sessions, each covering different grief-related topics. Sessions include the use of video seminars featuring respected counselors and personal testimonies, beneficial group discussion, and workbook exercises to help you process emotions.
GriefShare begins August 24 and concludes on November 23, and will meet weekly on Sunday afternoons at First Baptist Church, 211 S Market St., Benton, AR 72015, from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Hospitality Room. The only cost involved is $20, which covers the workbook (scholarships available). Childcare is not provided at this location. Search for other community GriefShare groups at www.griefshare.org.
