Your location has been changed to Staten Island area.
Release the heaviness. Whether you are navigating the raw edges of recent loss or carrying the weight of a long-held sorrow, this is a dedicated hour to breathe, process, and be in community.
This is not a space for clinical diagnosis or forced solutions—it is a sanctuary for the reality of your experience. We gather to acknowledge that grief is not a problem to be solved, but a landscape to be walked.
Each gathering is customized by exact needs of attendees at that moment and may include open discussion, processing and stress-relief tools and other powerful protocols. Group ends with brief healing meditation.
