Green City Market Chef BBQ 2026
Chicago's premier local food festival returns for its 25th year as Green City Market Chef BBQ brings together more than 100 of the city's top chefs, restaurants, brewers, winemakers, and mixologists for an all-inclusive evening celebrating the Midwest's peak harvest season.
In a food festival unlike any other, participating chefs source ingredients directly from Green City Market's network of local, sustainable farmers to create unlimited tasting portions and craft beverages that showcase the region at its seasonal best. Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat bites, drinks, live entertainment, and opportunities to connect with the farmers and culinary talent behind Chicago's vibrant local food community.
New for 2026, an enhanced VIP experience offers exclusive access to a dedicated VIP bar, specialty beverage offerings, premium reserved seating, and VIP Cabana options.
Proceeds benefit Green City Market’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission to secure the future of food by deepening support for sustainable farmers, educating our community, and expanding access to locally-grown food.
