"Great Lakes, Great Read" Story Hour
In celebration of the Great Lakes, Great Read initiative, Root-Pike WIN and the University of Parkside Library are hosting a "story hour" & nature walk that will include a reading of the children's book, "Over & Under the Pond", a demonstration with a watershed model that shares how pollutants move to waterbodies, and a short walk around the "Visit Racine County" center to see WI native plants up close!
This event is free & recommended for children ages 5-10. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required. Please email [email protected] with questions.
This event will take place at the “Visit Racine County” Convention and Visitors Bureau located at 14015 Washington Ave in Sturtevant.
