Grafton Lakes State Park Bark and Brew
Grafton Lakes State Park is hosting “Bark n’ Brew,” It’s a fundraising event for
animal organizations that we open to local businesses to come and add some diversity to the
mix, as well as locally crafted beer, with proceeds supporting regional rescue organizations.
This event is on September 14th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The event is free with a $6 vehicle
entrance fee. Food and beverages are available for an additional charge.
This annual event is all about your furry friends, so bring them along! We will have a guided dog
walk to kick off the event, an agility course, assorted animal care vendors, live music, raffle
items, and several animal rescue organizations in attendance. The dog walk will be at 12pm. All
activities will be at or near the beach.
A portion of proceeds from vendors as well as all funds from a bake sale and raffle will be
donated to regional rescue organizations. To boost the funds raised by the event, local crafted
beers will be sold as well, so you can even enjoy “a pint for the pooches!” Please join us to
show your support for Capitol Region pet pals in need.

Lakes State Park is located off Route 2, twelve miles east of Troy, New York. Please use the
