At Valle, Thanksgiving becomes a celebration of the land, the harvest, and the people who bring them to our table.

 

Inspired by the spirit of gratitude that defines Thanksgiving, Gracias a la Tierra explores the holiday through Valle’s perspective, connecting the abundance of California and Baja California with the deep-rooted Mexican tradition of honoring the tierra that sustains us.

 

Through a special dining experience, Chef Roberto Alcocer brings together seasonal ingredients, ancestral Mexican techniques, and the flavors of the borderlands to tell a story of harvest, family, memory, and place.

 

It is a moment to pause, gather around the table, and give thanks, not only for what we have, but for where it comes from: the land, the people, the farmers, our families, and the traditions that continue to nourish us.
