IBM Vice President for Innovation Initiatives Francoise LeGoues will deliver the keynote address about her company's innovation culture on Thursday Sept. 6 at GPSEG's second Innovation Leadership Forum.GPSEG's Innovation Leadership Forum is a unique program designed to educate a variety of stakeholders in the Philadelphia area and establish a dialogue about innovation management.
