“Golden October” Sound Bath with Iris McCray
The gifts of the golden October are the topic of the upcoming Sound Bath. When the leaves turn bright, illuminated in the blue sky - it’s like they give back the sunlight they have received throughout the year. In a vibrant bouquet of radiant colors, the trees prepare for the time ahead by growing tiny buds for the new year and by pulling back their energy into the roots. We too, are part of nature and benefit from this time - centering our energies, preparing to let go and sensing what is truly important. Allow yourself to receive serene, pure sounds Iris creates with her ever-evolving, harmonious sound compositions. Featured instruments this month are the Steel Drum, Native American Deer Drum, Didgeridoo paired with other sound healing instruments.
