Goats 'N' Grails Grand Opening
Greenville, SC — April 25, 2026 — A new destination for collectors and hobby enthusiasts has arrived in Greenville. Goats ‘n’ Grails, a family-owned and operated collectibles shop, will officially celebrate its grand opening on April 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 2738 N Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC 29609.
Founded by lifelong collector Dan Egerdahl, Goats ‘n’ Grails is built on a passion that started in childhood. From collecting LEGO sets and trading cards to action figures and memorabilia, Dan has spent decades immersed in the hobby.
“I’ve been collecting since I was seven years old,” said Egerdahl. “This shop is a combination of everything I’ve loved about the hobby over the years. I wanted to create a space that brings together the best parts of collecting and makes it accessible and exciting for everyone.”
Originally from Chicago, the family has infused the shop with personal touches that reflect their roots and passions. The store features ivy and brick design elements inspired by Wrigley Field, paying homage to their favorite teams—the Bulls, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears—while creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Goats ‘n’ Grails offers a wide range of products and services, including:
- Sealed products, singles, and graded cards (“slabs”) across sports and trading card games, including NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, Formula 1, soccer, Pokémon, One Piece, and Magic: The Gathering
- Signed sports memorabilia such as baseballs, bats, and photos
- Retired sealed LEGO sets
- Hobby supplies including sleeves, top loaders, and binders
The shop also aims to serve as a hub for the local community by hosting:
- Weekly trading card game (TCG) tournaments and trade events
- Monthly community board game nights
- Card grading submission services
- Buy, sell, trade, and consignment options
- Personalized help locating specific cards through customer wish lists

“We love our community,” Egerdahl added. “The support and encouragement we’ve received while building this shop has meant everything to us. We want this to be a place where people can connect, trade, and enjoy the hobby together.”
