This special Sunday Workshop Series will explore a theme of yoga practice not normally done in regular classes. $30 for CHHRC members; $40 for non-members October 13, 2013: The Basics and So Much More
Our first Sunday workshop will be an exploration of the foundations of our Yoga practice.
What do you love about Yoga? Why do we practice? What's it all about? Let's explore the traditions of this practice with an introduction to the Philosophy that is relevant to modern Yogis of today. Then we'll dive onto our mats to explore foundational practices including core alignment principles and fundamentals of breathing and deep listening.
