The exclusive menu allows guests to indulge in Giada’s signature Italian-inspired creations along with classic holiday favorites, all brought to life at interactive action stations. Reservations are offered throughout the afternoon from 1 to 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26.
A Starters station will showcase an assorted selection of Giada’s signature focaccias, salumi and formaggi, crudites and fresh fruit, complemented by a Salad Counter with an array of freshly prepared Arugula, Citrus Caesar and Pesto Pasta salads. The Raw Bar will invite guests to feast on Maine lobster tail, crab, west coast oysters, jumbo shrimp, caviar and ahi tuna, with accompaniments including a prickly pear mignonette, cocktail sauce, Dijon honey and lemon.
Pasta lovers will delight in a Pasta Wheel with Nodi Marini Ala Vodka, featuring creamy arrabbiata sauce and lemon ricotta, while a Tuscan-style carving station will serve Roasted Turkey Breast, Braised Turkey Braciole, Nueske’s Ham and Roasted Salmon.
A sophisticated on classic sides rounds out the menu, with options including Baked Mashed Potatoes, Ciabatta Pancetta Stuffing, Buttermilk Cornbread, Cranberry Sauce and Sauteed Green Beans. Giada’s signature dessert display rounds out the offering, with Pumpkin Tartes and Tiramisu, along with a variety of other sweet treats.
Pricing is $145 for adults, $40 for children ages 5-12 and complimentary for children 4 and under, with reservations strongly encouraged.
