Trained in classical French cuisine and with more than 15 years as sous chef at the Saint Louis Club in Clayton, Chef Bernard will show us techniques and tips for making gingerbread houses.
He will be joined by a pastry chef colleague for the demonstration.
Maximum of 15 attendees, $5 each. Demo held in The Barn restaurant.
