Enjoy Holiday Shopping at the OHIO CRAFT MUSEUM
November 5–December 23, 2023
(Columbus, OH)—Colorful ceramics and glass, sterling silver jewelry, whimsical puppets and stuffed animals, wool gloves and scarves, as well as hundreds of artist-made ornaments and holiday cards, are just some of the unique items shoppers will find at the Ohio Craft Museum’s annual holiday sale. Presented November 5–December 23, the 24th annual “Gifts of the Craftsmen” will feature handcrafted work by over 150 artists from Ohio and across the country.
“If you’re looking for unique, one-of-a-kind gifts, the Ohio Craft Museum is the perfect place to shop,” said museum director Kim Nagorski. “We offer work by many favorite returning artists, as well as a number of artists new to the museum.” New artists include Elaine Coifman, who designs beautiful leather crossbody bags, dopp kits, notebooks and more; and Mary Ann Crago, who uses a variety of papers to design lovely collage art. Favorite returning artists include Kathy Woodruff, who creates fused-glass panels, lanterns and nightlights; and Anne Holman and Jen Townsend (of the Smithery), who design unique rings, necklaces and earrings using gemstones, textures and recycled precious metals. During “Gifts of the Craftsmen,” the museum will be open special holiday hours for
extended shopping opportunities: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm, and Sunday, 1:00 pm–4:00 pm.
