Galleria Fort Lauderdale’s “Celebrate You: A Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle Experience”
Galleria Fort Lauderdale presents “Celebrate You: A Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle Experience” designed to inspire seasonal shopping and self-care with in-store product spotlights, styling tips, beauty demonstrations, fitness activities, wellness experiences and special offers from participating retailers, on Saturday, October 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The day will include a special What’s Cooking event at Seasons 52 featuring Executive Chef Partner Wally Toro, who will lead guests through a seasonal culinary demonstration and tasting of the latest fall seasonal dishes on the menu at 1:30 p.m. The three-course menu will feature Roasted Meatballs with Polenta, an Avocado Stack and Cauliflower au Gratin. Each course will be paired with California wines, including Emmolo by Caymus, Sauvignon Blanc from Napa and Solano counties, Sea Sun Pinot Noir from Monterey County, and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
The cost to attend the What’s Cooking demonstration and tasting is $30 per person, and seating is limited. Registration is required and tickets are available at https://app.betterunite.com/kidsindistress-whatscookingatseasons52. All proceeds will benefit Kids In Distress and Family Central.
Fitness enthusiasts and beginners, alike, can enjoy three complimentary morning classes presented by Powerhouse Gym, including Mobility & Balance (9 a.m.), Classic Pilates (10:30 a.m.), and a Hybrid Workout (11:30 a.m.). Fashion will take center stage with special activations from Macy’s and Banana Republic, highlighting the latest seasonal styles and trends. Banana Republic will offer a personalized styling experience with the new fall collection plus light refreshments. Beauty enthusiasts can visit Sephora for an interactive activation featuring products, inspiration and beauty demonstrations.
Gia's Chocolatier, located near Macy’s, will offer a live demonstration at 2 p.m. of their signature Italian tiramisu. Guests can watch the process to see how this decadent dessert comes together with Gia’s signature Chocolate Pearls plus enjoy a tasting and share in the experience as Gia brings a taste of Italy to Galleria Fort Lauderdale.
