Use puff pastry dough and sweet fillings to create palmiers, bouchees (cups), pinwheels, and vol-au-vents (windmills), filled with a variety of your favorite sweet fillings. Class is for ages 9-12, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by January 7th at noon.
