Full Moon Fridays; with Sound Bath, Yoga, Fire Ceremony, Meditation & more
Reflect, release, and manifest with the powerful energy of the full moon. Join us for a transformative evening with sound bath, gentle yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, a letting-go fire ceremony, & sharing in supportive wellness community.
What to bring:
• Journal & pen
• Water
• Dress for comfort/cozy/in layers
• Optional: blanket, pillow (anything to add comfort during sound bath), crystals to charge in the singing bowl frequencies
PROVIDED: - yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushioned meditation seat, & weighted eye pillow
