Join us for a powerful evening including gentle somatic yoga, sound immersion, guided meditation, breathwork, EFT/tapping, letting-go fire ceremony, and sharing in supportive wellness community.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Journal & pen
• Water
• Dress for comfort/cozy/in layers
• Optional: blanket, pillow (anything to add comfort during sound bath), crystals to charge in the singing bowl frequencies

• yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushioned meditation seat, & weighted eye pillow
