Friday Night Bites & Beats at Heartwood Preserve: Matt Cox
For over 20 years, singer/songwriter Matt Cox has been performing at venues across the United States while developing his signature vocals and guitar-harmonica style. Matt’s song catalog is vast and blends the best of classic-country, folk, blue grass, rock and rhythm & blues.
Friday evenings at Heartwood Preserve are the perfect way to end the week with live music, food trucks, adult beverages and lawn games against the backdrop of the perfect summer night.
Heartwood Park, Omaha’s newest outdoor community gathering space within Heartwood Preserve, is the go-to destination for family and friends every weekend this summer. With over 70 FREE events on Thursdays through Sundays hosted at Heartwood Park for residents and families who want to unwind, have fun and connect outdoors.
To make visits more enjoyable, the Heartwood Park Ambassador program offers visitors amenities to borrow on-site, including picnic blankets, board games, lawn games and sports gear for all to enjoy. Amenities will be available starting at 4 p.m. on Fridays.
