Friday Night Bites & Beats at Heartwood Preserve: Jonathan Wayward
Jonathan Wayward, aka Wayward, is an indie pop singer-songwriter from Minneapolis, Minn. With a love for writing and sharing songs, Wayward is touring the Midwest in anticipation of his debut full-length album “Happiness?” Wayward tells the stories of pursuit of happiness–through depression and love.
Connect at Heartwood Park each Friday Night for Friday Night Bites & Beats, the perfect way to end the week with live music, food trucks, adult beverages and lawn games against the backdrop of the perfect summer night. Food trucks include Frosty Mug, The Big Sno and Cornhusker Beverage Bar.
Heartwood Park, Omaha’s newest outdoor community gathering space within Heartwood Preserve, is the go-to destination for family and friends every weekend this summer. Enjoy over 70 FREE events on Thursdays through Sundays hosted at Heartwood Park for residents and families who want to unwind, have fun and connect outdoors.
To make visits more enjoyable, the Heartwood Park Ambassador program offers visitors amenities to borrow on-site, including picnic blankets, board games, lawn games and sports gear for all to enjoy. Amenities will be available from 4-10 p.m. on Fridays.
