Free@3 Presents: Hope College Music Faculty - Voice Recital
Sarah Ashcroft VandenBrink, Jennie Judd Reyes, Liang Zhou, and Lora Kolean, collaborate together to bring us a wonderful afternoon of song. Spanning the globe with different styles and genres of vocal music, you will hear traditional operatic pieces from I Pagliacci, with deep soulful music of Tchaikovsky's Russia to the edges of the Asian continent in China; from poetry to song by Beaudelaire and Lahor to the laments of African American Spirituals.
There is surely something here to appeal to every ear.
