Free Yoga & Sound Bath to Celebrate 8 Years of Yoga For All Movement!
YFAM is celebrating its 8th year of offering yoga as a tool for everyone and fostering accessibility, equity, and transformational justice. Today, we are proud to provide over 20 trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation classes to members of the Santa Cruz community each week. We teach in spaces of recovery, incarceration, mental health, education, senior centers, and more. We invite YOU, friends of YFAM and our broader community, to join together for fellowship and celebration of our impact and our continued commitment to serving our constituents with practices that support their wellbeing. Join us Monday, October 7th in Downtown Santa Cruz for free yoga & a sound bath! After, we invite you to grab dinner of your choice at Abbott Square Market and sit down with YFAM’s board, teachers, and community.
