Free Tasting Event - The No. 1 Dumpling in Japan Is Coming to Chicago
Japan’s number one cult-following gyoza brand - Ajinomoto Hane-Style Gyoza - arrives in Chicago in just a few weeks– and it’s throwing two major pop-ups in the city to celebrate.
The FREE pop-up tastings are:
November 5: South Loop’s Jewel-Osco (1224 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60605), 2-6 p.m.
November 6: Bronzeville’s Mariano’s (1615 S Clark St Chicago, IL 60616), 2-6 p.m.
The foodie experience will include a rare sighting of the Ajinomoto food trucks, chef-led demos, interactive tastings, photo-ready social media moments for foodies, games, prizes, and more!
Ajinomoto Hane-Style Gyoza are the only gyozas on the market featuring the signature “hane” — a delicate, crispy “lace skirt” that forms as they cook.
