FREE Science of Fashion Workshops from Mbadika’s MLAB Pop-Up at CambridgeSide
CambridgeSide has welcomed Mbadika’s MLAB as a pop-up to the center; a place of learning for the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs, providing resources and educational workshops to youth around the world. Mbadika’s MLAB will present FREE Science Tech Engineering Math (STEM) education workshops for learners of all ages to explore the science of fashion through hands-on experimentation (ages 4+ years).
The FREE Science of Fashion Workshop series will be held on Wednesdays (Session 1 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Session 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (Session 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Session 2 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) throughout December. Additionally, families can create an at-home experience and take on the role of an M°Lab Secret Agent through a series of hands-on STEM projects from the comfort of home; a unique collaborative effort designed to foster creativity through the lens of materials science.
