Free Roam Brewing 5K Fun Run | Texas Brewery Running Series
We are the Texas Brewery Running Series® and we run for beer!
Join us, Thanksgiving Weekend, on Saturday, November 28, 2026, for a 5K-ish fun run that starts and ends a Free Roam Brewing in Boerne, Texas.
Gather your friends and family and run, walk, or jog your way through a scenic 5K-ish course—then raise a glass at the finish line with a craft beer brewed just steps away. Whether you’re running, jogging, or walking, this event is open to all ages and fitness levels.
Event Details:
When: Saturday, November 27, 2026
Time: Fun run starts at 11:00 AM (Check-in from 10:15-10:55)
Where: Free Roam Brewing | Boerne, TX
Course: A marked 5K-ish route that starts and ends at the brewery, weaving through the heart of beautiful Boerne, and the Old No. 9 Trail. Course map + parking details will be emailed the week of the event.

A portion of proceeds from every event supports local nonprofits, helping make a positive impact in the community. Nationally, we have raised more than $725,000 to date! This run will support the San Antonio Food Bank, and we’re hosting a food drive. Bring non-perishable food items and earn a ticket for our Give Back Raffle for each item donated.

Boerne’s annual Dickens on Main holiday festival takes place Thanksgiving weekend, and Free Roam is located right on Main Street. Come early for the run, enjoy a beer or two, and then spend the afternoon exploring the festival, shopping, dining, and enjoying the holiday atmosphere in downtown Boerne.
