FREE Memory Screenings and Healthy Brain Check-Ups
Every Monday, The Dementia Hub by Oakwood Creative Care offers FREE memory screenings to test memory and other thinking skills through a series of questions and tasks. The screening takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and can indicate whether someone might benefit from a comprehensive medical evaluation. **While this test is NOT used to diagnose any particular illness and does not replace consultation with a physician or other clinician, it DOES allow experts to address any questions or concerns you might have and offer direction with possible next steps. RSVP is required!
