FREE Literary Event: Senior Showcase at Charter Arts

The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) Literary Arts Department will hold a Senior Literary Showcase — a special evening celebrating the school's graduating literary artists. Guests are invited to explore student presentations, connect with the artists, and hear firsthand about the inspiration, creativity, and artistic journeys behind their work. Throughout the evening, each senior will also reflect on their experience as a literary artist at Charter Arts, sharing the voices, stories, and moments that shaped their time at the school. This event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome, and light refreshments will be served. ABOUT THE CHARTER ARTS LITERARY ARTS PROGRAM: High school students with a passion for the written word are finding a creative home at Charter Arts through its comprehensive and dynamic Literary Arts program. This program immerses students in the relationship between literature, reading, writing, and performance. Working alongside published and award-winning faculty, students develop their craft across a wide range of genres and mediums—from poetry, fiction, and comics to television, film, and screenwriting—while presenting their work on real stages, real screens, and real pages. The curriculum is ideal for students aspiring to careers as poets, novelists, screenwriters, and storytellers of all kinds.
