Sport Clips Haircuts of South Sarasota will recognize Veterans Day and those who’ve served on Saturday, November 11, when the store will donate $2 per haircare service nationwide to support “Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarships” for service members and veterans. The program is in its 10th year of partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). It has donated $12.3 million for military scholarships, supporting 2,720 scholarships to help veterans and service members meet education expenses that often go beyond G.I. Bill benefits. This year, Sport Clips is making it easier to donate to Help A Hero at the in-store chck-out kiosk following a haircut ore even more accessible by texting "HERO" ...
