CloudBar, Chicago’s highest cocktail lounge that’s located on the deck will also put a birthday twist on their specialty Malört cocktail, The Chicago Spirit, in honor of the city's big day. General admission to the observation deck will be free for Chicago residents, although capacity restrictions may apply.
