Foxcroft Food & Wine Hosts A Night with Mathilda Joubert of SA-vor Wines
Foxcroft Food & Wine invites guests to an evening celebrating the wines of South Africa, a region renowned for its diverse terroirs, Mediterranean climate, and winemaking tradition dating back to the 17th century. Known for signature varietals such as Pinotage, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Cape Winelands produce wines that combine Old World elegance with New World vibrancy.
Special guest Mathilda Joubert, co-founder of SA-vor Wines, will guide the evening. Joubert and her husband launched their import business after discovering how rare it was to find premium South African wines in the U.S. Today, their portfolio has become a fixture at all Foxcroft locations, valued for authenticity and everyday appeal. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of South African wines paired with a five-course dinner prepared by Foxcroft’s culinary team.
