Celebrating the best of modern and French cuisine, the menu is as follows, with optional wine pairing selections noted:
First Course—Burrata and Ciabatta with roasted peach and prosciutto
Optional Pairing: Nao Nis Prosecco
Second Course—Frisee, Shaved Fennel and Seared Scallop with grapefruit, pea tendril and champagne-mint vinaigrette

Third Course—Hazelnut Crusted Filet Mignon with mushrooms, asparagus and a creamy mushroom demi-glace
