“Elf” just might be one of the most beloved Christmas classics ever. And this December, FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar are celebrating the season — and the hit flick — with a deliciously festive dining experience in honor of Buddy the Elf himself!
On Sunday, Dec 3, guests are invited to the Elf Brunch, featuring a sleigh-full of mouthwatering delights inspired by Buddy, plus a screening of the movie. Each dish in the four-course brunch promises to take guests’ taste buds on a whimsical adventure full of Christmas cheer. Menu includes:
Course One: Papa Elf’s Breakfast — Upon joining the event, guests will be led to their table where fresh, sweet and gooey Monkey Bread awaits.
Course Two: Christmas in New York — Feast the senses on Rosemary Smoked Brie with cranberry chutney and sea salt lavosh.
Course Three: Buddy’s Pasta — This plateful of Spaghetti Carbonara is loaded with breakfast sausage, red bell pepper, applewood smoked bacon and topped off with a balsamic glaze and a perfectly cooked sous vide egg.
Course Four: Travel Through the Seven Levels of the Candy Cane Forest — Experience the whimsical flavors of White Chocolate Peppermint Candy Velvet Cheesecake.
