FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar Host Beetlejuice-Themed Dinner Party SEPT 4
On Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 6:30 p.m., FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar invites bio-exorcists and the recently deceased to enjoy an evening of ghoulish gastronomy! The event features a showing of the original “Beetlejuice” movie, which will play as guests enjoy the following four-course dinner:
First Course — Sichuan Egg Fried Rice with charred scallion, carrot, pea, and Sichuan peppercorn sauce
Second Course — Onion Leek and Potato Soup with braised leeks, brunoise potato and onion jus
Third Course — Roasted Chili-marinated Tiger Prawn with lemon and garlic rice, sweet pepper glaze and Thai breadsticks
Fourth Course — Brown Butter Banana Fritter with caramel and vanilla ice cream
Attendees are encouraged to dress for the occasion in their favorite Beetlejuice-inspired attire.
