Footloose: The Musical
Based on the smash-hit movie of 1984, "Footloose" is a rollicking musical comedy about challenging what is considered "right" and "wrong"-- a message at once timely and classic.
When Ren McCormack, a charismatic, city-slicker teenager, moves to the small town of Bomont, he is shocked to discover that the town's prim and proper Reverend has outlawed loud music and dancing. Determined to bring the joy of rock and roll to Bomont, Ren organizes the local teenagers to throw a massive party. But can they get away with sticking it to the man? It doesn't help that Ren is falling in love with the Reverend's daughter... Join The Arts HUB Players this March, and we promise you'll be humming the songs on your way out of the theater!
