On National Healthcare Decisions Day, join us for the first public presentation of Foothills Conversations: Have You Had "The Conversation"?
This presentation is designed to give you the tools you need to talk about your end-of-life wishes with loved ones and others who may make decisions for you if you're not able to advocate for yourself.
Foothills Conversations is a volunteer-led program that encourages and facilitates people to share their wishes for care through the end of life, by having conversations with loved ones and doctors to expand on their advance care directives.
