An avid canner and jam maker, Judith Narcelles is passionate about food preservation.
She learned how to preserve food – drying, canning, or jam-making – from her Aunt (and her award-winning tomato jam!). Along with Judith's love of Amish cooking and preserving, it was inevitable that she would learn how to do it all herself.
Food preservation opened up a new world of cooking ; that led to vegetable gardening, which led to becoming a member of the Garden Club of Teaneck.
Learning much from the National Center for Home Food Preservation, she's been hands-on preserving food for five years and hopes you'll find this topic as rewarding and delicious as she does.
