Food and Nutrition Education Program
Want to feed your family healthy foods? Want to sharpen your cooking skills?
The Expanded Food and Nutrition Program can show parents how to eat healthier and be more active, even on a limited budget.
By participating in this FREE series of lessons, parents and caregivers of children will learn how to make healthier food choices for the whole family, how to stretch your food dollars, and practice food safety skills.
Participants will engage in discussion, exercise, and recipe preparation during the nine-session series. You will receive a take-home tool at each lesson and a graduation certificate from The Ohio State University upon completing the series.
Sessions are held every Tuesday from September 1 through October 13.
