Flora for Fauna Festival: Native Plant Sale
Join us at the Unity Garden as we continue work on the native plant demonstration garden. Come roll your sleeves up and help us start planting in the garden beds. We will have Wild One's members ready to give hands on demonstrations complete with tips and techniques to give the plants the best start they can. There will also be native plants for purchase if you feel so inspired and want to bring nature home.
Our native flora has coevolved with the fauna to make sure they have the right nutrients and materials to build their homes at the right time. With each native plant we add to our garden the more we can positively impact the balance of the ecosystem. Together our gardens can create safe havens through the Capital Region.
