Flight Club: Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II


Eka Pada 1 and 2 are split-legged arm balances, one twisted, one not. Their points of entry and anatomical focus are quite different, but they're both really fun! Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions and open discussion are encouraged! Space is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended, and late-cancels will be charged.
