First Friday Sound Bath at YAM
We are vibratory beings — reacting to to the fluctuation of vibrations in our environment all the time. And, we have the ability to react in resonance with the most powerful frequency that is surrounding us. So, being in a room full of sounds and frequencies created to support a more optimal state of being can be incredibly supportive. In this session, Christy will soothe you in the vibratory sounds from several instruments — crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and Tibetan bowls — all attuned to tap into a more meditative, harmonious, restful state. Come in your comfiest clothes and bring props you may want to snuggle in with or use those provided by the studio. Cost $35
