When it comes to the foods we're snobby about ”wine, cheese, chocolate”how do we know good from bad? The taste quality of these delicacies is hotly debated, by professionals and amateurs alike. Join CHF Fellow Nadia Berenstein for a talk that explores chocolate and the chemistry of pleasure, the flavor chemicals of wine, and an experiment that tests our ability to conform to the industry definition of good and bad when it comes to cheese. Then put what you've learned to use with a very special taste test.
