February Meeting of the Environmental Facilities Corporation's Board of Directors
Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold of meeting of the Board of Directors on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 11:30 a.m.
The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Corporation’s office located at 625 Broadway, Albany, New York and via the use of videoconferencing at 340 South Bedford Road, Bedford Corners, New York 10549; One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, Suite 1100, Albany, New York, 12231; 360 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse, New York 13202; and 169 Hudson Street, New York, New York 10013.
Members of the public may attend the meeting at any of the aforementioned locations but must provide advance notice of their plan to attend by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 and must be prepared to show valid identification upon arrival.
