Meet Santiago Lopez (pictured), Solar Fortun's winemaker and taste four of his outstanding wines paired perfectly with the unique Mexican cuisine of Socalo's master chef Enrique Soltero. This is one of the top boutique wineries in Baja's revolutionary wine regions. They are small production and thus fly under most wine-lovers' radar.
