Feast of the Senses: Hotel Monteleone x Madame Aucoin’s Multi-Sensory Dining Experience (Sept. 17)
On September 17, Hotel Monteleone’s Criollo Restaurant and neighborhood atelier, Madame Aucoin Perfumes – the first female perfumer in New Orleans – are excited to present Feast of the Senses: an exclusive, multi-sensory dining journey through five carefully curated scents, each harmoniously matched with a corresponding course and bespoke cocktail pairings.
The five-course pairing menu includes:
I. Cardamon Dusted Divers Scallop inspired by London Spice by Fragrance du Bois
II. Earl Grey Tea Smoked Duck Breast inspired by Montabaco Cuba by Ormonde Jayne
III. Patchouli Poached Flounder inspired by Egypt by Eight & Bob
IV. Tonka Speckled Wagyu Sirloin inspired by Misfit by Arquiste Parfumeur
V. Lemon Ginger Pavlova inspired by Venice Rococo by Arquiste Parfumeur
