Fat Tuesday at Tuman’s Tap & Grill
In celebration of Mardi Gras, Tuman’s Tap & Grill augments the regular menu with a New Orleans mainstay on Fat Tuesday. Enjoy Louisiana-inspired Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Gumbo ($15) from 4-10 p.m. Tuesday, February 13 (normal kitchen hours). Additionally, the bar taps a seasonal beer in celebration of Mardi Gras; enjoy $7 Illuminated Brew Works Slushy Thing #10 Hurricane Edition 13.2-ounce drafts from 4 p.m.-midnight (regular business hours, while supplies last). Hard sparkling fruit beverage with 30% juice (sweet cherry, passion fruit, orange, and lime). This little red monster was built to emulate that big, sugary booze bomb of a regional drink, The Hurricane.
