Fishing enthusiasts of all ages are welcome to join us for fishing fun at Linvilla Orchards. The annual family fishing derby gives children of all ages the chance to reel in their very first catch for all to celebrate. Age groups for the derby include: seven and under, eight to 11, 12 to 16, and 17 and over.
There are over 1,000 trout swimming around in Orchard Lake, so the family fishing derby allows for a less competitive atmosphere where every child has an opportunity to participate. Many trophies are given throughout the day in a variety of different categories.
