The Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation (SFDC) recently hired Michael, a Massachusetts-based artist, to create 10 sculptures along Richmond Highway between the Capital Beltway and Fort Belvoir as part of a campaign titled “Faces of 1," a public art project to bring the stories of our community to life along Route One/Richmond Highway.
